Bauch Homes (pronounced ‘BOCK’) is proudly family-owned and operated since 1992. Not only do we work in the Ardrossan area, but we also call Strathcona County home.
Garrett Bauman watched and learned as his parents, Cam and Trudy, diligently built Bauch Construction Inc. from the ground, up. Before long, he was carving his own path - graduating as a Journeyman Carpenter in 2006 and earning his Red Seal Ticket. He dove into the family business as an expert framer with an eye for detail.
Today, Garrett is your go-to guy at Bauch Homes. Not only does he oversee almost every aspect of your build, but you’ll see him on-site as a project lead AND skilled tradesperson.

With nearly 35 years of experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, Bauch Homes has carved a niche as a low-volume custom builder with the highest of standards. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and the relationships we’ve built with tried-and-true, dependable trades.
All of our homes meet Alberta Building Code and are registered with Progressive Home Warranty. We also specialize in green building and solar alternative energy.
