  • In short, yes! Your home needs to feel like an extension of you. Our team will work with you to optimize space, customize elevations and finishings, and create a home that is unique to your needs. *There are some caveats, such as engineering and plot plans.

  • Yes! We work with you and/or your draftsman, then get to work as general contractors - overseeing every aspect and detail of the build.

  • Bauch Homes currently has several bare lots to choose from in the community of Ardrossan, just outside of Sherwood Park, Alberta. Bring us your plans, or choose one of ours.

  • Your budget really depends on the style of home and location. Typically, our builds range from $750,000 to +$1M, with lot included.

  • Bauch Homes is currently concentrating its portfolio in the communities of Ardrossan, Sherwood Park, and greater Strathcona County. Connect with us to discuss where you’d like to call home and what’s possible.
